Returns & Exchanges

US Domestic 30 DAY SIMPLE Return & Exchange policy:

  • We will provide a swift return or exchange.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the shipping the boots back to us.
  • Boots must be in unworn, mint condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • For an exchange, we will ship the second pair to you free via ground shipping. (U.S. only, international clients are responsible for shipping back and forth.)
  • We ship in sturdy boxes that can be re-used so you don't have to search for a box.
  • A return/exchange form is provided in the bottom of every box.
  • Yes, it's that simple.

International clients Only:

You are responsible for any back and forth costs. Due to the high cost of sending/receiving/cancelling international payments, there is a 10% surcharge on returns/cancellations.
