U.S. Clients We will swiftly provide a return or exchange for whatever reason provided the boots are returned to us within 20 days of the day you receive them. (this time frame is extended to 30 days in December & January for Christmas convenience.) Boots must be in mint, unworn condition to qualify. Refunds are purchase price less shipping plus a $5 restocking fee per pair to keep costs down. We will provide an informational form in your package to make it convenient, easy & painfree! In addition, we ship in sturdy boxes that can be re-used to you don't have to search for a box. Yes, it's that simple!
All Non-U.S. Clients We will gladly provide a return or exchange for you provided the boots are returned to us within 20 days of the day you receive them in new condition.
