Can be worn as thigh or knee boots! We are moving volumes of these ladies leather boots right now, thus are able to keep the price low. These boots are ladies, medium width. They do run about a size small, so order up in size. Hidden elastic inside band keeps boots upright. Top flap can be folded down for a variety of looks. These slide on & have a slant angled top. Bottoms have flexible rubber tread to keep you upright...no slipping & sliding. These are much easier to wear than most thigh high boots....steady walking! The overwhelming feedback we are getting is that these are extremely comfortable even when wearing several pounds of chainmail, sword fighting or having to walk on gravel etc. Heel is .75 of an inch. Perfect for those thigh high boot lovers who like comfort and sure footedness...or fantastic for your renaissance or steampunk costume needs.

If you plan to wear thick socks etc keep that in mind when ordering your size. If in doubt, it's better to order up than down a size. It's better to have thicker socks, than cramped toes. The overwhelming feedback we are getting is that the ladies who order a size larger than they normally wear end up with happy feet! Enjoy!

	Best boots ever

	Comfortable Boots
	My husband purchased these for me as a gift and I am very glad he did. The information about purchasing a size up is correct. I usually take a size six,six and a half and he ordered a seven and they fit like a glove. Very comfortable and fit well even with my thicker calves. I would recommend the purchase of these boots for the comfort factor alone.

	FAB boots!
	I bought these as a gift to my daughter. She tried them on, and her face absolutely lit up. They fit perfectly (she got a size 10, and usually wears 9 or 9 1/2). They look great and she said they are extremely comfortable. They're made of win!

	Womens Maiden Knee and Thigh boots
	I don't know much about shoes, tbh, but these I LIKE. A lot. I was dreading trying to get into them, and when I put them on it was so easy! The stuffing inside them threw me off, but once those were out and I walked around in them, I was bloody impressed. They look best folded over and partially pushed down, but that's just my preference. Bit of a cushion underneath and nice forming plastic along the side to keep its shape... I can definitely see these lasting a lot time.

	Wow. Too good looking
	My girlfriend is tall and striking in appearance. Very conservative in dress as befits a professional nurse. I ordered as you suggested. Right out of the box on Christmas morning she slipped them on and didn't take them off again until bedtime. Fit was perfect. She said they were really comfortable. And WOW they looked great.

	Awesome Boots
	These boots fit wonderfully and are perfectly comfortable. I didn't even have to break them in, the first time I wore them they were comfortable and didn't cause any discomfort and I was in them for 12 hours. They fit beautifully and look great slouchy or all the way up.If you are a half size go up to the nearest whole size and the boots will fit perfectly. I wear a 6.5 and I ordered a 7 and the fit is perfect. I highly reccomend these boots.

	hoD Jalthwi' tai Urrisig of the Klingon Empire
	These boots are perfect for female Klingon and pirate costume. I am overweight and wanted quality leather boots that I could put in extra cushioning and would fit a larger leg. So I bought a pair two sizes up. I wear a nine in these boots so I bought an 11. I trimmed two plain black rubber flip flops and inserted them into the boots. Now I have top quality leather boots that fit perfectly and I have plenty of cushioning.

	Luv These Boots!
	purchased these boots a few years ago and love them. they serve double duty, as I wear them to RenFests, and for riding the Harley. they've really taken a beating in all kinds of weather, and have held up beautifully. I rub them down 2 or 3 times a year with mink oil. they still look and feel great. These boots are a good value and I would definitely buy them again.
